Caribbean cocktail with salmon, prawns, citrus, pineapple and coconut milk.
Marinated chicken breast with tomato risotto and garlic gravy
Crême brulée topped with wine-cooked pears
 
Saturday
Herb and mature cheese pie topped with bleak roe and served with mixed salad
Brochette of loin of pork served with noodle cake, crispy onion roll and paprika sauce
Chocolate mousse cake served with melon and mint salad

Seafood, artichoke, baked tomato and rocket salad
Marinated veal roll with chorizo and potato terrine
Pumpkin and orange consommé with crême caramel

Cremé ninon (green pea) served with root vegetable terrine and tuna
Breast of duck flavoured with cinnamon and allspice, served with potato fondant and citrus sauce
